Booking and Signature Process for Regular Clients
When you have a regular client, you do not need to ask for their document again if it is still valid.
The process involves preparing the client's booking on the PassportScan web platform, so that upon arrival, only the privacy and traveler entry signature is required.
1. Accessing PassportScan

Log in:
Go to https://workspace.passportscan.net and sign in with your credentials.

Locate the "Add Booking" button:
This button allows you to start the process of creating a new booking.

2. Creating the Booking

Click "Add Booking".

Fill in the booking details:

Arrival: Enter the client's arrival date.

Departure: Enter the client's departure date.

First and Last Name: Enter the full name of the regular client.

Adults: Indicate the number of adults for the booking.
3. Adding the Returning Guest
Once the booking is created, you need to link the regular guest from the database.

Click on the "+" button:
This allows you to add the returning guest to the booking.

- Select the regular client:
Search the PassportScan database and add the corresponding client.

5. Signature Process upon Arrival
When the regular client arrives:
1. Search for the booking:
Use the "Search Booking" function to locate the client’s booking in the system.
2. Complete the signature:
Once the booking is found, the client only needs to sign to complete the check-in process.
Summary of the Process Flow
- Booking preparation: Create the regular client’s booking via the PassportScan web platform using the "Add Booking" button.
- Client association: Add the returning guest by clicking the "+" button and selecting them from the database.
- Finalization upon arrival: With the booking already created, locate it on the tablet and proceed with the signature only.
