You must reactivate each computer with an Activation Code:
In order to generate the activation code, login into your Workspace, go to Settings > Devices > Add new device.
Enter a device name (e.g., “Front Desk PC”). (This is just an identification name)
Select the mode. (FULL MODE for Windows Client) and click "Save"
Get your Activation Code.
Open the Windows Client and enter the code to activate your device.
⚠️ Important notes:
Windows Client: every computer must be reactivated with a code.
Android/iOS apps: will recognize already registered devices and won’t need reactivation.
Set up your PIN in Workspace.
Enable MFA (recommended).
Windows users: reactivate devices with an Activation Code.
