Application access management after enabling MFA

Application access management after enabling MFA

We recently added multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your workspace. This means that access to the system is now limited to the workspace only and it is not possible to directly access applications through standard credentials.

Pending the release of a new feature (scheduled for September) that will allow you to configure an access PIN for each user and/or device, we offer you two temporary solutions to access applications:

Temporarily disable the MFA for the user in question: You can remove the MFA only for the user who needs access to the applications.

Use a user without MFA enabled: For app access, you can use an account with limited permissions (for example, a "Receptionist" role) on which MFA is not active.

Choose the solution that best suits your needs to continue working without interruptions.
