PassportScan Cloud – Accessing Your Account After the Latest Login Update

PassportScan Cloud has released the latest version of its login system — the final update in a series of improvements made over the past months to enhance security and account access.

🔑 How to Access Your Account

Depending on how your account was created, the login method may vary:

  • If your account uses Microsoft or Google services:

You can log in directly with your provider, as long as your email is already registered in the system.

  • If your email provider is not Google or Microsoft, or if you prefer not to use them:

You will need to reset your old password and follow the steps below.

🧭 Steps to Log In

  1. Go to https://workspace.passportscan.net

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Leave the password field empty

  4. Click Continue

  1. On the next screen, click Forgot Password

  2. Alternatively, you can log in using an email verification link or a Passkey (if already configured)

⚠️ Important: If you enter an old or invalid password several times, your account will be temporarily locked for 59 minutes as a security measure.

After logging into your account, you can configure a new password or define another login method:

👤 User Menu

After logging in, click your avatar in the top-right corner to access the User Menu, where you can:

  • Manage Account (Password Change)

  • Configure PIN Settings

  • Logout

⚙️ Manage Account Options

Under Manage Account, you can independently manage your login and security settings:

  • Assign a different or additional email address.

  • Connect a Google or Microsoft account to enable SSO access.

    Security Tab:

  • Update Password: Set a password if you prefer traditional email/password login.

  • Activate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA / 2FA) for extra protection.

  • Enable PassKeys for passwordless secure login.
