How to Upload Your Logo in PassportScan Workspace preventing issues

When uploading a logo in PassportScan Workspace, you might notice that the image appears to upload successfully but the changes are not saved.


This issue usually happens because the logo:

  • Is too large or has too high resolution.

  • Is in a format that our plugin does not support.


Recommended Solution

  1. Compress or resize your image using TinyPNG.

  2. Download the optimized version of your logo.

  3. Upload the new image to PassportScan Workspace.


Important: Avoid using PNG files with a transparent background, as the system will automatically apply a black background.


By following these steps, your logo should upload and save correctly.
