Non posso accedere a PassportScan... (password dimenticata o errata)

In PassportScan, con lo stesso UTENTE, è possibile accedere sia al WORKSPACE (web) che all'APP su tablet e al Windows Client (PC).

1 - Per rigenerare la password usare il PC e raggiungere la pagina https://workspace.passportscan.net/login

renew password

2 - cliccare il bottone FORGOT PASSWORD?

SEND MAIL

3 - Nella finestra seguente inserite il nome dell'utente (email).

Riceverete una risposta da Passportscan per inserire la nuova password.

NB: Se al link https://workspace.passportscan.net/login
 vi trovate dentro del WORKSPACE fare LOGOUT per accedere alla finestra del punto 1 -
