How do I hide or show the "Rate" field with Opera Kiosk Interface?

You might need to hide or show the rate field with Opera's Kiosk interface. Inside the settings, there's a rate field where you can choose how to work with the rates:

None: Always shows the rate.

By suppress rate: It depends on an Opera parameter called: printRate. Basically when the "rate" field is visible from Opera, we import it and is visible. When the field is not visible from Opera, the "rate" field remains empty and we hide it.

Agency: Currently it is never shown, however it is a field subject to future modifications.

Always: NEVER show it.
