Can I download a signed FORM (Reg. Card etc.)?

You can download the signed form from the left sided menu > "Signed Forms"

Please notice that Passportscan is going to keep the signed forms all the time, as long as your account still active.

Nonetheless, if you want to download a copy, you can do it, there's actually two ways, which have an important difference, in legal terms speaking.

If you download the form from the list, clicking on the "actions" on the right of the record, you will download the IMMUTABLE COPY. That means it's the copy with the data taken in the moment of the signature, required by law since it matches the conditions (booking, rate, length of stay etc.) that your guest saw on the signature moment.

Instead, if you download it form the form view, you get a EDITABLE COPY, with the possibly modified parameters in a later moment. For instance, if there was some missing data like address, birth place or others, and you modify them from the EDIT CUSTOMER, those data will be updated on this dynamic copy.
