Can I change the Forms name ?
You can change the FORMS name anytime, it doesn't affect any data on the signed forms so far. The only thing that you cannot modify is the text of the consents, since it gets locked as soon as a guests completes the signature process.
In the App the name will change, but there's no change on the already signed forms.
